Catering techician
The first generation of
students was enrolled in the school year 2002/2003. This generation has
graduated June 2006.

Since there is the number of hotels and restaurants in Belgrade is gradually increasing, the number of personnel studying this course has been enlarged.
During the studies, the emphasis is put on professional subjects, the skills of which are necessary for the performance of work in the restaurants, and students study the subject: Catering and Practice during all four years of education.
The Education lasts four years and after the completed fourth grade and the passed professional final exam, the students obtain the professional qualification of a Catering Technician.
In the final exam, the students take the obligatory final exams in Serbian Language and Literature, in Catering and Practice and in one optional exam. After the graduation, the students may continue their education.

Except the theoretical lectures and drills in the School, the students attend practical training at the restaurants and hotels of Belgrade.
