Culinary techician
Culinary Technician is the latest course in the School. The first generation of students was enrolled in the school year 2003/2004.

Since there is the number of hotels and restaurants in Belgrade is gradually increasing, the number of personnel studying this course has been enlarged.
During the studies, the emphasis is put on professional subjects, the skills of which are necessary for the performance of work in the kitchen, and students study the subject: Culinary and Practice during all four years of education.
The Education lasts four years and after the completed fourth grade and the passed professional final exam, the students obtain the professional qualification of a Culinary Technician.
In the final exam, the students take the obligatory final exams in Serbian Language and Literature, in Culinary and Practice and in one optional exam. After the graduation, the students may continue their education.

Except the theoretical lectures and drills in the School, the students attend practical training at the restaurants and hotels of Belgrade.

In 2006, the students of this course participated in the IV International Gastro Festival held in Novi Sad and won the gold medal. The School was presented by its students, the future Culinary Technicians, Mosurovic Jovan, Zdravkovic Milos and Petkovic Dusan.
The School got a special award for its first participation in the Novi Sad Fair and International Gastro Festival.
The School is especially grateful to the Association of Chefs -Cooks of Serbia for the participation in this festival.
